The Well of Becoming Church is a Christ-centered community of healing, restoration, and hope where individuals and families are empowered to grow in faith, recover their identity, and discover their God-given purpose.
Inspired by Jesus' encounter with the woman at the well in John 4, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and love. No matter a person's background, life circumstances, struggles, or story, there is room for them at The Well.
Through worship, prayer, discipleship, outreach, mentoring, peer support, and community engagement, we help people move from brokenness to becoming.

Our Mission
Our mission is to strengthen individuals, support families, serve vulnerable populations, and demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through prayer, outreach, discipleship, community engagement, and practical acts of compassion.
We meet people where they are and walk alongside them toward healing, hope, restoration, and spiritual growth.

Deacon C.W. Kirkpatrick Jr.
Our Homeless Outreach Program is led by Deacon C.W. Kirkpatrick Jr., a dedicated servant-leader with a heart for compassion, dignity, and community care.
Under his leadership, The Well of Becoming Church provides consistent outreach that addresses both practical and spiritual needs. His commitment helps ensure that every person served is treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care.
Through food assistance, prayer, encouragement, relationship-building, and community support, Deacon Kirkpatrick helps lead efforts that restore hope and remind people that they are valued and loved by God.
Peer Support Services
In partnership with Aligned Behavioral Health, The Well of Becoming Church offers peer support services that promote emotional wellness, recovery, personal growth, and community connection.
Individuals are met with compassion, understanding, encouragement, and practical guidance as they navigate life's challenges.

Meet Pastor Michelle Kirkpatrick
Pastor Michelle Kirkpatrick is the founder and visionary leader of The Well of Becoming Church.
A minister, community advocate, mentor, and experienced helping professional, Pastor Michelle is passionate about helping individuals discover healing, purpose, and restoration through faith and compassionate service.
Her ministry is rooted in the belief that no person is beyond God's love, no story is beyond redemption, and every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Through prayer, outreach, mentoring, women's empowerment, peer support partnerships, community engagement, and discipleship, Pastor Michelle works to create spaces where people can heal, grow, and become who God created them to be.
